I'm not a physician or dietitian, I'm not even a writer or professional blogger. In fact this is the only blog I've ever written. I'm just an average person dealing with a weight problem just like you. I am passionate about helping others because I'm finally winning the battle. I'm losing weight. After all these years, I'm going to succeed. I want to be able to help others succeed, even if it's just a little, or even if it is just one person.
My wife calls me "Melting Man". My goal is to get my weight down below 200 pounds for the first time since I was a youngster. I have over 30 years of weight loss failure but have finally gained the wisdom for weight loss success. I'm losing weight the natural, safe way. No fad diet, no drugs, no surgery.
